Newton Community Ed offers Legal Planning for Children with Special Needs on February 7

Are you searching for solutions to ensure the comfort and safety of children and adult children who have special needs? This workshop will cover the fundamentals of establishing a special needs trust, guardianship/conservatorship, and a financial plan that can safeguard your and your children’s legal and financial future. They’ll teach you about various legal tools to ensure that your child—whether a minor or an adult—will always have a surrogate decision-maker and protection into the future and also discuss the various types of special needs trusts and fiduciary appointments and nominations so you will have enough knowledge to make wise choices for yourself and your children.
